    454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    2 serving Minute Brown Rice, 1/2c dry rice
    1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    Mrs. Dash Herb seasoning, 2 tsps


Be sure to stir the ingredients while browning the meat until cooked well done.


In a skillet, spray pan with canola oil, add one cup of broth, the ground chicken , Mrs Dash and onion flakes. Mix ingredients until chicken is browned, then add rice, and 2 cups of water.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
