Ingredients

    8 serving Bread, Daves Killer Bread Power Seed
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    .25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar

Directions

Trim the eight slices of bread and cut into 3/4 inch cubes. Mix beaten eggs, applesauce, cinnamon, and sugar in medium bowl. Add bread cubes and raisins and stir well. Put the bread mixture into the slow cooker Cook undisturbed for 2 hours. Unplug and uncover cooker and let stand for 1 hour for the pudding to set.
