Ingredients

    2 serving Broccoli (fresh) (1 serving = 1 bunch) (by GASAU64)
    32 fl oz Half and Half Cream
    2 can (10.75 oz), prepared Cream of Celery Soup
    1 stick Butter, salted
    1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)

Tips

I usually mixed all my ingredients minus the cream together first to make for a more even distribution and then add my cream.


Directions

Prep.
Chop broccoli stems into small 1/4-1/2 inch chunks
Separate broccoli florets (trim stems off)
Cut butter into even size 'pats'
Add chopped broccoli, 2 cans of cream of celery soup, one quart(32 fl oz) of half and half, and the pats of butter to your crockpot . Salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything until well blended.

Cook on Low 6-8 hours or on High 4 hours.

Makes 8-10 one cup bowls
