Ingredients

    3 chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8oz fat free sour cream
    1/8 tbsp poppy seeds
    1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers
    2 tbsp butter

Directions

In a skillet, cook chicken. I like to brown the meat a little to add extra crispy flavor. Then shred or dice chicken. Mix chicken, poppy seeds, soup, and sour cream. Pour into a 9x9 casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers and pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350. Enjoy!
