Ingredients
-
2 cuts of Wild Pacific Salmon Loin, FROZEN (about 227 grams)
Juice from 1 Lemon (or to taste)
1 teaspoon Dill Weed, dried (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Tips
This pairs beautifully with my Roasted Brussels Sprouts recipe. They even cook at the same temperature for the same length of time!
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Place the frozen salmon pieces into a baking dish. Pour the lemon juice over the fish, then sprinkle with dill, pepper, and salt.
Tightly cover the dish with aluminum foil, and place dish into the oven.
Bake for 40 minutes (rule of thumb is 5 minutes for every 30 grams). You'll know it's done if you can easily flake the fish with a fork.
Remove from oven and allow to rest, still covered, for about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favourite sides.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (1 loin = 1 serving)
