Introduction

Chewys bars that wrap up and freeze well for an on-the-go breakfast. Chewys bars that wrap up and freeze well for an on-the-go breakfast.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups three minute oatmeal*
    1 cup Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup dry Cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1/3 cup Honey
    1/2 cup Cranberries (Craisins are good)
    ** OR 1/2 cup peanuts or almonds or raisins or sunflower seeds, etc.
    4 tbsp Skinny Syrup (any flavour you like) - can sub water
    4 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for topping

Directions

1. Mix cocoa, cranberries and oatmeal together.
2. Melt honey and peanut butter together. Take off heat and stir in extract and syrup. Mix well.
3. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Pat into a pan.
4. Press 1 ounce of semi sweet chocolate chips on surface. Chill for one hour and slice. Can make more than 12 if you wish.
I wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze, otherwise refrigerate and use in one week.
*Can use old fashioned oats, just break up a bit in a blender first.
