Number of Servings: 6


    1 tub (8 oz.) 95% fat free cream chees
    1/2 cup mayo
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. oregano or basil
    2 tsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper

    1/2 pkg (10 oz) chopped, cooked spinach, squeezed dry
    1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped


Mix all ingredients together. Transfer to small casserole and heat in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until bubbling.

Serves 6 as app. Serve with crusty bread, pita chips or tortillas.
