Introduction

This makes a wonderful dessert or snack. It really satisfies my "creamy/sweet" craving while adding fiber, calcium, vitamins and more to my eating plan. This makes a wonderful dessert or snack. It really satisfies my "creamy/sweet" craving while adding fiber, calcium, vitamins and more to my eating plan.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
    2 cups Yogurt, plain, whole milk
    8 packets Stevia Extract Sugar Substitute
    2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen, unsweetened

Tips

The whole milk yogurt gives this a very rich texture when blended with fresh strawberries.


Directions

Mix Strawberries, stevia and yogurt. Blend until smooth (I use a stick blender). Stir in blueberries. Fill into dessert cups (I like to use jelly jars). If blueberries where frozen let sit for 30 minutes to slightly thaw before serving.
