Egg Cups Egg Cups
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    72 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    2 oz Chedder Cheese, medium, Tillamook
    2 serving Bacon turkey uncured Columbus 1 slice
    60 grams Asparagus, fresh

Directions

Pour 3 Tbsp of Egg white into each muffin cup.
Dice Bacon in to small pieces.
Dice Asparagus
Shred Cheese
Add 5 grams of bacon, 5 grams of cheese and 5 grams of Asparagus to the muffin cups
Cook on 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes

Serving Size: 1 Egg Cup
