Ingredients

    3 chicken breast cut, bite size
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    3 eggs beaten
    1 bunch broccoli cup small bites
    1 can waterchest nuts sliced
    1/2 c soy sauce

Directions

bring 1 cup water to boil, add 1 cup brown rice, reduce heat to low.
cook chicken pieces in wok or large fry pan
once chicken is cooked thru, add in egg mixture. stir until egg are scrambled.
add in broccoli and water chestnuts. mixing until broccoli turns dark green... about 5 minutes.
add soy sauce. mix well.
add this time take rice off heat and pour into chicken and broccoli. mix well

add chow mein noodles for garnish (optional)

serves 4-6 people
