Introduction

Ingredients

    Use a funnel to get the dry ingredients into the salad bottle. Addâ€"
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 serving Oregano (flakes)
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 Serving(s) Cayenne pepper
    0.25 tsp Salt
    Then pour 16 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil and
    32 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar into the funnel to wash down the whole. Remove, put topic to bottle, and shake up. Taste on cracker, adjust and add salt by pinch if necessary.

Directions

Measure with cups and spoons, shake, and pour. This keeps at room temperature (72F air conditioning or 68F room heat) for a week or more. Serving Size: Makes 24 servings of 1 Tablespoon each.
