Ingredients

Chicken Breasts (equivalent of 2 large, approx 12oz)
2c Water
1 tbsp White Wine
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
2 cup Kraft Minute Rice - Whole Grain Brown Rice
2 cup water
1 12oz bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli & Cauliflower
Spices of choice
(Mrs Dash, Curry, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper, Cilantro, Oregano, onion power, chopped garlic)
Directions
Brown chicken with olive oil in large skillet (if using raw, heat if using Tyson frozen pre-cooked), spices, etc.
(Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle, Mrs Dash Table Blend, Oregano, Basil, Cilantro, Onion Powder, Cayenne, Curry Powder, Coriander, Cumin - to name a FEW things I toss in)
Steam Broccoli/Cauliflower in bag in microwave.
Add can soup & water to chicken in skillet. Bring to boil. Add rice and reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 5 mins.
Stir in veggies from Steamfresh bag (alternate: place veggies on plate, spoon chicken mixture over veggies).
Divide into 6 servings
(totally unsure how many this actually makes, since each of the things going into it have such different portion sizes).
