A little crunch on the top with a warm gooey peachy center, yes please! But Paleo, & Keto, oh no, what's a girl to do well make a new recipe of course. Ingredients

    1/2 cup Blue Diamond Almond Flour
    1/3 cup Birch Benders PALEO pancake & waffle mix
    3 Tbs Swerve Confectioners
    1Tbs coconut sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    Pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
    1 egg
    2 TBS melted Kerry Gold butter
    1/2 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract
    6 slices Kirkland Signature Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches In Extra Light Syrup - no syrup used, you can even rinse first






Tips

The center can be a bit gooey due to the delicious peaches, adjust to your liking with bake time and temp in small increments.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together well followed by all wet ingredients. Pour into greased tart bakeware (round shallow mine is 7 x2) . Place 6 peach slices in a straburst on top Bake at 350 for 40 mins. Check the middle with a toothpick for extra bake time & adjust temperature for your oven & altitude.
