    1.0 stick Butter, salted
    3.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    4.0 cup Flour, white
    0.5 ounce Yeast, bakers
    1.0 tsp Salt


Add ingredients to machine in the order listed, then hit dough setting. When done, punch down, divide in half, roll out one half into circle, spread with softened butter, cut into 8 triangles, roll up from wide side to point, curve into crescent shape, repeat with second half. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise approximately an hour until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 400, cook 11 minutes or until golden brown. I find it is easier to work with the dough if I grease the work surface, rolling pin and my hands prior to working with the dough. Serving Size: 16
