Ingredients

    0.50 tsp Anise Seed 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Spice, Basil (dried) 1.50 cup Best Choice Broccoli Florets 2 tsp Chinese 5-Spice Powder 1 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh 4 serving Beef Stock, Swanson UNSALTED 1 cup servings 2 serving Rice Noodles, Thai Kitchen 2 oz dry 3 oz Beef Fajitas, John Soules Foods 3 oz serving 2 oz Meatballs, FarmRich Italian style 1 oz each

Tips

Note: Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for 15 minutes. Drain and cool with cold tap water....


Directions

Heat broth with all spices and onion till comes to a boil..... In another pan heat water till boiling .....pour over dry rice noodles and let set for 15 minutes. After broth has come to a boil add broccoli, kale and beef and meatballs. Simmer, broth with beef, and meatballs and broccoli, while noodles soften. After the fifteen minutes drain water from noodles and place half in each bowl...... pour broth over noodles and devide beef and meatballs and broccoli between the two bowls. Eat with chopsticks and soup spoon. I add some hot Sriracha sauce for me... love the heat. Serving Size: 2 - 2 cup servings
