Number of Servings: 4


    A good-sized steak, approximately 1/2 a kilogram
    2 medium-sized onions, cut into large chunks
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    4-6 potatoes (depending on size)
    3 cloves of garlic
    3 tsp of butter
    1/4 cup skim milk


Place chopped onions in the bottom of your slow cooker; be sure to cover the entire bottom (if you need more onions, cut up some more!).
Place whole steak on top of onions and pour tomatoes on top of steak.
Set slow cooker on low and leave for 9 hours.

Nearing the end of the 9 hours, boil potatoes.
Sear garlic in a frying pan with the butter and then pour into potatoes and mash together.

Serve steak, tomatoes, and onions over garlic potatoes. Enjoy!
