    1 pound ground Chicken Breast, no skin,
    1 medium Onions chopped
    8 Garlic cloves chopped
    4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    3 Tbsp Parsley, dried
    3 Tbsp Oregano, ground
    2 cups reduced fat/ reduced sodium chicken broth
    6 cup hot water
    1 pound bag dry black beans

Directions

place all ingrediants in 5-6 quart slow cooker stir to combine and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours
