Introduction

Light side dish. You can use any variety of summer squash. Light side dish. You can use any variety of summer squash.

Ingredients

    1 medium Yellow Squash, sliced
    2 medium Zucchini, sliced
    1/4 medium Onion, chopped
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1/8 cup sprigs Dill weed, fresh, chopped
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar1 tsp Oregano, ground

Directions

Spray a skillet with cooking spray (I like avocado oil). Saute all the ingredients until crisp-tender.
