Ingredients

40 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
2 cup Crushed tomatos (canned) (by ELFINMAGIC30)
2 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
2 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
Tips
Taste before baking to make sure its salty enough
Directions
Start your brown rice cooking in the Instant pot for 17 minutes. (2 cups water)
Cook ground beef in skillet.
Once browned add salt, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste.
Add Bell Peppers and Mushrooms. Let simmer with lid on to soften (this is optional I like the peppers soft)
Add Tomato Sauce and Crushed Tomatoes to taste.
Add more salt, garlic and onion powder if you so desire.
Once rice is done add as much as you want to the mixture. I like 2 cups cooked (1 cup uncooked).
Top with some cheddar cheese if you want(not included in calorie info) Put in oven for about 15 mins to melt cheese and to fully heat mixture
