Introduction

Ingredients

    Step 1
    2 slices of turkey bacon

    Step 2
    2 slices whole grain bread
    2 slices American cheese
    2 tbsp light mayonnaise

    Step 3
    2 large fried eggs

Tips

Add salt and pepper, hot sauce, lettuce, tomatoes...dress it up! Very filling...likely to hold you through lunch even!


Directions

Step 1
Fry the turkey bacon over a medium heat to the crispness desired

Step 2
While the bacon is frying, prepare the bread by adding mayonnaise and cheese.

Step 3
Add the cooked bacon to the sandwich. Wipe down the frying pan just enough to leave behind some of the bacon grease. Fry the eggs. When done to your liking, add to sandwich.
