Ingredients

    About 6 cups watermelon balls(I use an ice cream scoop to make it go faster)
    1 lime juiced
    12 mint leaves-rinsed, stacked and rolled, then shave into very fine slices with kitchen scissors

Directions

Combine watermelon, juice and mint. Chill.
