Ingredients

    .6666 cup lemon juice
    1 Tbl minced ginger
    1 tsp salt
    1 Tbl light brown sugar
    2 tsp sesame oil
    8 (3-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions

Combine 1st 5 ingredients in zip-lock bag; add chicken. Seal bag and marinate in fridge over night.

Spray grill with cooking spray and grill for 5 min on each side until cooked through.

Bring marinade to a boil and serve over chicken.
