Ingredients

    3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    .5 cup Honey
    .5 cup Almond Butter
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    4 serving Almonds Whole Natural ( Great Value) 1/4 cup
    3 oz Coconut, toasted
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    24 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g)

Tips

You can add sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds etc to suit your taste of vary the recipe


Directions

combine almond butter, honey and brown sugar over low heat until melted. Add vanilla and cinnamon, combine well. In separate large bowl combine the rest of the dry ingredients, then pour in the almond butter mixture. Thoroughly stir to coat all dry ingredients. Spread on a large cookie sheet and place in a 325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove once at mid point to stir. Stir as soon as removed from the oven. Let cool and place in a tightly closed container.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup is what i serve
