    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup, chopped Onion
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 large Egg
0.75 cup Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce, divided
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into 6 equal portions, roughly cube-shaped
1 1/2 oz shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

You can use any variety of cheese to stuff the meatloaves and any variety of pasta sauce.

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.

IN a large bowl combine the meat, onion, garlic, egg, 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce, and the parmesan cheese. Mix to combine thoroughly.

DIVIDE meat mixture into 6 equal portions. Form each into a large meatball. Press a hole into the middle and place a piece of pepper jack cheese. Close the meat over the cheese.

SPRAY 6 spaces in a muffin tin. Place one portion of meat into each muffin hole. Bake for 15 minutes.

REMOVE the pan from the oven and spread 2 teaspoons of pasta sauce over each meatloaf. Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes. Remove and top with mozzarella.
