Ingredients

    1 lb dried Lentils
    8 cups College Inn Beef Broth 50% Less Sodium
    1 lb Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham, cubed
    1/2 medium Vidalia Onion, chopped
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    3 medium Carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 15 oz can Muir Glen Organic No Salt Diced Tomatoes, with juice
    1 tsp dried Oregano
    1 tsp dried Basil
    1 tsp dried Rosemary
    3 tsp Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Heat the EVOO in a large pot. Add the onion and garlic and saute for five minutes. Add the lentils and broth and bring to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients except for Adobo seasoning. Return to a boil, then cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add the Adobo 1 tsp at a time, tasting five minutes after each addition. Adjust the amount of Adobo based on your taste.
