Ingredients

    32 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    16 Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps
    2 cups Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso Mild)
    2 cups Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 1 cup of enchilada sauce in bottom of casserole dish and set aside.
Brown ground beef and drain. Add 1/2 the cheese and 3/4 cup enchilada sauce to the meat and mix well.
Divide the meat mixture between 16 tortillas. Roll and place seam side down in casserole dish.
Once you have rolled all the enchiladas, cover with remaining sauce. then cover with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
