    1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1.25 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice
    2 cup Mild red Enchilada Sauce
    1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix


Brown ground beef and drain.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
Add cheese. You can either mix into the enchilada rice or you can just sprinkle on top. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
