Introduction

This is an alternative to a high fat cake because peaches are used in place of oil and egg substitute instead of whole eggs. This is an alternative to a high fat cake because peaches are used in place of oil and egg substitute instead of whole eggs.

Ingredients

    1 White Cake Mix (12 servings)
    1 29 oz. Can peaches in light syrup (rinsed)
    1 cup Non fat (skim) milk
    1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup egg substitute

Directions

In mixing bowl add cake mix. In blender add rinsed peaches and 1 cup milk,, blend until smooth. Add to cake mix. Add egg substitute and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add chocolate chips and walnuts and mix until well blended. Pour into bundt pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
