    4.0 tbsp chopped Shallots
    2.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 cup Brocolli raw
    2.0 serving Chinese - vegetables - Broccoli,Kale,BoK-choy - 1 cup
    6.0 tbsp Basil
    4.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    200.0 gram(s) Nama Udon Japanese Style Udon Noodles

Directions

Cook vegetables in broth with dashi mixed into it until tender. Add chicken, bok choy, basil and noodles. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and serve with sliced green onion sprinkled on top.
