    1 T Olive Oil
    1t. olive Oil
    4 boneless pork chops
    2 T honey
    1/3 C water
    2 T soy sauce
    2 t. soy sauce
    2/3 C small onion, chopped
    1/8 t. ground ginger
    1/8 t. ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 325.

2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the pork chops about 5 minutes on each side. Trafnsfer to a baking dish.

3. In a bowl, mix the honey, water, soy suce, onion, ginger, and pepper. Pour over the pork chops in the baking dish.

4. Bake pork chops 1 hour in the pre-heated oven, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F
