    Weight Watchers French Vanilla Smoothie, V-8 low sodium juice, Weight Watchers Black Cherry Yogurt, 12 almonds, 1 cup 1% milk (can be made with water, deduct milk), ice if desired.


Makes one very large smoothie or 2 small ones. Use a large electric blender. Place 1 c. 1% milk in blender, add Weight Watchers packet of French Vanilla Smoothie, 12 almonds (non-salted), and add container of Weight Watchers Black Cherry Yogurt. Chop lightly (for almonds) and then frappe. Add 1 small container or 8 oz. V8 low-sodium juice. Frappe. Add a handful of ice if you like to make it colder. Chop then frappe.
