Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup ham, diced
    8 oz Elbow Macaroni
    1 can Cheddar Soup
    1/2 cup 2% Milk
    5 oz frozen broccoli
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    Spices to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the macaroni according to package direction.

Defrost the broccoli.

Mix together the soup, milk and spices. Add the macaroni, ham. broccoli and 1/2 the cheese. Spray a casserole dish with PAM. Pour in mixture. Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and cook until it's melted. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.

Makes 6 - 1 cup servings.

    Good overall, I used fresh broccoli and didn't notice any bitter taste at ham. It was a great way to use up some have. I think I would add a little more cheese to make it a little more creamy though. - 3/1/11

    The man liked it a lot. Definite repeat. We'll probably up the amount of broccoli and meat. Make sure you use frozen broccoli because fresh turns bitter when it bakes. - 3/3/09
