    3 cloves Crushed garlic
    olive oil flavored spray
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 lime cut in half


Heat oil spray, garlic, and pepper in a skillet

cook until tender and squeeze lime wedge
