    1 cup Bisquick
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup grated cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 cups thinly sliced zucchini


1Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9X13 pan.
2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

...you could cut back on calories and fat by replacing eggs, but have never tried.
