Introduction

My own creation to kick the carbs My own creation to kick the carbs
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon
    1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    2 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
    1 large Egg
    4 tbsp Salsa (your favorite brand/heat)
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread

Directions

DRAIN the canned salmon, remove the skin and bones.

PLACE all the ingredients, except theoil & butter, in a bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine.

DIVIDE the mixture into 4 portions (about 108 grams each). Form into patties.

HEAT a frying pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and the butter. Immediately add the patties.

COOK for about 4 minutes, flip (carefully) and cooke for another 4 minutes.

SERVE & ENJOY!
