Ingredients

    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, raw (by YOULOSEGIRL)
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    0.375 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    28 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    1 serving 100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY (by MS_MAYZEE)

Make sure chicken is cooked well done.


Directions

spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray
cut up 16 oz of chicken into bit size pieces
In one large bowl mix olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning
In a second large bowl mix bread crumbs and panko
Dip chicken into oil mixture and then into crumbs mixture
place on cookie sheet
Cook in oven preheated oven at 425, then cook for 1- minutes, then flip chicken and cook for 4 more minutes.
