    3 oz Jennie-O Turkey Sausage
    1.15 serving Hashbrowns-Ore Ida O’Brien (3/4 cup)
    1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 serving Cheese - Velveeta Cheese Slice - 1 Slice (19g)


Cook hashbrowns in medium skillet. Once cooked, move to a storage container. Cook eggs with cheese slice in same skillet. Once cooked, add them to the same storage container that has the hash browns. Cook sausage and add 3 ounces cooked to the storage container.
