Ingredients

    1/3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    14 oz vegetable broth
    1.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1/2 cup Green Beans
    1/2 cup diced zuccjini
    2 tbls tomato paste
    1/2 tbsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and carrot onion and garlic, cook and stir about 6 minutes until tender transfer to the slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Serving Size: Makes six 1.5 cup servings
