Ingredients

    .25 cup Almond Flour
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tbsp serving Stevia
    Topping:
    1 tbsp Cream Cheese
    1 serving liquid stevia
    Dash or two of Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Mix all the bread ingredients in a mug, microwave for 1 minute. Slide out, let cool a bit, and slice into 4 pieces. Melt the cream cheese a little (10 seconds) and mix with cinnamon and liquid stevia. Spread on the slices.
