Ingredients

    3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas, fresh
    5.0 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw
    0.75 cup 2% lactose free milk
    1.5 cup Almond Flour
    1.5 cup Whole Wheat pastry Flour
    1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh

Directions

Mash bananas. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Add flours and baking powder. Stir until just blended. Add blueberries. Let sit a few minutes. Cook by 1/2 cup portion in greased skillet or waffle iron. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 10 to 12 large pancakes or waffles
