Ingredients

    7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
    4 cup Spinach, fresh
    .25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
    6 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice)

Directions

Heat over to 375.
Coat 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
Mix eggs, spinach, 1 tsp Itailian seasoning, and pepper.
Pour eggs into muffin pans, about 3/4 of the way.
Top with tomatoes and feta.
Bake 15-18 minutes.
