Introduction

A "legal" keto sweet treat! A "legal" keto sweet treat!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Crust:
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    1/2 cup Almond Flour
    3 tbsp cocoa powder
    15 drops liquid stevia

    Filling:
    1 cup Peanut Butter, Creamy
    8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
    1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 cup erythritol (Swerve)

Tips

Next time I will add more stevia to the crust. I would like it to be sweeter. Cooking time includes freezing time.


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, and stevia together. Add the melted butter and mix well. Mold into the bottom of a 9 or 10 - inch springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

In a separate bowl, add together the filling ingredients and combine well. (Cream cheese MUST be room temp to mix!) Poor over cooled crust making an even layer. Freeze for 30 minutes. Serve cold.

Store in refrigerator.
