Ingredients

    1 bag Pictsweet Chopped Collard Greens, frozen
    3 slices Low Sodium Bacon
    1/2 tsp Salt

Tips

I sprinkled mine with some hot sauce before eating.


Directions

Chop bacon into small pieces. Brown in large saucepan. Do not discard fat.

Add collard greens and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Add salt. Cover and simmer for 30-60 minutes.
