Introduction

May use any vegetable oil, I choose Sunflower Oil.
This recipe is for a bread maker, but may be used by mixing and kneading by hand. For a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Ingredients

    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    2 tbsp Honey
    3.25 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    1.5 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3)

Tips

Use your favorite flour for this recipe, and add sunflower seeds if you choose. I did not use the seeds.


Directions

In a bread machine pan, add ingredients as follows:
water. oil, honey, flour. salt , yeast.
Use cycle one, 1 1/2 pound loaf
rest cooked bread on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes, then cut slices about 16.

Serving Size: 16 slices of the bread loaf
