    11.0 oz Beef Tri Tip Roast Marketside Butcher
    6.0 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) Cut in 1/2
    1.0 large Onions, raw Diced
    2.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2.0 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes Diced 8oz pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    6.0 cloves Garlic
    2.0 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup
    2 Bay Leaf
    2.5 tsp, Beef bouillon Powder
    1 TBSP Tomato Paste
    1 fl oz White Wine Or Dry Vermouth
    3 tsp Thyme, fresh or Dried
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne


Put diced onion in skillet with a spray of oil sprinkle with a. Little salt, pepper and thyme over medium heat to soften and lightly brown. Meanwhile dice rest of veg. Put Aside. Put Onions on top of veg. Put bay leaves in crock pot and turn on high. Put diced beef in skillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Cook till brown put in crockpot. Cover. In Skillet and Mushrooms with salt, pepper and thyme saute till brown. Put on top of beef in crock pot. Next take your beef bouillon mix with 3 TBSP of wine of your choice and 1 TBSP of Tomato Paste, and 1 TBSP water. Put in skillet to deglaze pan. Pour on top of meat and mushrooms. Add Onions on top, and rest of veggies. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Cayenne. Let cook for 4 hrs on high heat or till cooked to your taste.
