Introduction

This is a light version of the classic ranch dressing. By changing from regular mayonnaise to Miracle Whip Lite, I was able to cut almost 100 calories and over 11 grams of fat off of every serving. Ingredients

    3/4 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Lite Dressing
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic-crushed
    1/2 cup Simple truth organic Greek nonfat yogurt plain
    1 tsp Parsley Flakes
    1/2 tsp Lawry's Minced Onion (dried)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Tips

This fits into a low fat, low carb, low sugar, or diabetic diet plan.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together very well. Store in jar or bottle that seals. Chill for at least 2 hours so flavors can blend.
If dressing is too thick, add a little almond milk or water. Shake before serving.
