Introduction

YUM! This vegan chili is so delicious and good for you. We eat it frequently. YUM! This vegan chili is so delicious and good for you. We eat it frequently.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Packets - Boca Ground Burger, 2 packets
    1 Can - Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Can - Bush's Chili Beans (I use Medium Heat)
    2 Cans of canned tomatoes
    1/2 sm. chopped onion
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 C. Collards (I freeze them and crumble them into the chili - greens that no one even notices!)
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. Dark Brown Sugar
    1 tsp. Ground Mustard
    1 T Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    1 ts. Cayenne pepper
    1/4 C Quinoa (rinsed)

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot/slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 - 5 hrs. or on high for 3-4 hrs.
