Gettin' enough fiber ... Gettin' enough fiber ...

    1 rounded tsp of psyllium husk powder
    8 oz of cranwater
    (4oz of cranberry to 28 oz of water)


Start with a little cranwater and mix with psyllium.
Add rest.
Drink really quickly with a straw.
Tastes yucky ... but works.

    I love this cocktail, although my recipe calls for one tablespoon of flax oil in addition to the husk power and cranwater. This is so good for the heart and intestinal track...I have it religiously every morning and evening before I go to bed. 5 stars! - 9/2/09
