Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp Coconut Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tbsp Swerve powdered or granular sugar replacement
    1 Large Egg
    1/8 tsp Salt
    25 grams Blueberries, fresh

Directions

Put butter and cream cheese in your mug. Cover and microwave for 20 seconds. Mix with a fork.

Add baking powder, coconut flour, and Swerve. Combine with a fork. Add salt and egg and mix well.

Fold in blueberries.

Microwave for 2 minutes. Flip onto a plate or eat straight from the mug.
