I enjoy this with salad and light garlic bread. I enjoy this with salad and light garlic bread.

    John Soules Chicken Faijitas (pre-cooked) package
    1 Onion
    3 tbsp of light olive oil
    Whole wheat Spaghetti 1 cup
    Ragu Alfredo sauce (1 cup is plenty- more for creamier)
    pepper and salt to taste (No Salt brand)
    optional toppings (not included in nutrition value)
    ***grated parmesan cheese
    *** skim mozerella cheese


Place cut onions, olive oil, and chicken in a baking pan and put in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Bring spaghetti to boil - cook as box directions state.
Combine spaghetti to baking pan and mix in the Alfredo sauce, coating chicken and noodles evenly. Add pepper and salt (I use No Salt for no sodium to taste). Place back in the oven for about 15 minutes, stiring frequently.
Take out, and salt to taste (mine always needs more). Toppings if needed
Enjoy a creamy dinner.
